Distribution Board Installed

Supplied and installed cabling to provide power to the Distribution board and installed sockets, lighting and supply for roller shutter doors to a metal clad building. A scissor lift was required due to the working height whilst installing the lights.

Power loss fixed

After a call out to fix a loss of power the engineered mahogany flooring was taken up, all existing wiring removed, a new consumer unit supplied and installed along with a re-wire to the remaining part of the house. This included helping the customer design what once was a shell of a room turned into a beautiful modern space, with chandeliers, floor lights and lamp outlets circuits. After the electrical work was completed the room was transformed.

Outside garden project

This outside garden project was more than just fitting lights around the water feature. After the plans for the design were drawn up the water feature was concreted, paved, tiled and an electrical wise box was fitted to a remote control to enable the customer to operate all the lights independently. A full pump and filter was installed to ensure the water remained crystal clear during the hottest summer for many years. After the garden was completed a full rewire to the house and power to a new summer house was installed, this included an Rolec car charger to the driveway.  One very happy customer if I do say so myself.

Complete overhaul

We removed substandard floors in a utility room, WC and plant room. This required us to screed the solid floor, re lay caber flooring (ready to install underfloor heat matting), self levelling compound (ready for tiles), new sockets and lights. This is all part of an ongoing project where half the house is due to be re-wired and overhauled.

Sub-board installed

Sub board installed ready to provide power for a new flush mounted consumer unit to supply lights, sockets, electric blinds, garden lighting and patio heaters to a newly built garden room extension.

Barn conversion

Complete barn conversion which I've been working on for some time needed all existing wiring and fixtures to be removed. Once the fabric of the building was taken back to a shell it enabled me to first fix the whole barn to include two consumer units so that the two halves of the house could be finished at different times. This made the house livable whilst works were being carried out. The second fix consisted of installing spotlights throughout, wet underfloor heating with all manifolds controlled independently from each room, sockets all sympathetically installed to the customers specification, two ovens, high powered induction hob and garden lighting. A large ongoing project.
